The 4th International Conference on Technology & Application of Biodegradable/Biobased Plastics (ICTABP4) will be opened in Oct.26 th～28th, 2010 at Shanghai, China during the end of 2010 Shanghai Expo.
Since Low Carbon living is coming , biobased materials are developingquickly, and protection for environment is increasing, the subject of biodegradable and biobased materials have become the hot topic around the world.. Around the globe, , packaging ?polices have been ?published in Europe, compostable plastics are increasing ?in America and biobased plastics are used widely in Japan. In China,? policies have been ?published which will promote the development for biodegradable and biobased plastics such as “shopping plastics bags policy in 2008”..
The ICTABP1, ICTABP2, ICTABP3 has been hold In 2004, 2006, 2008, respectively. More than 800 participants attended the conferences to exchange their ideas and ?experiences ICTABP has been a famous conference supplying a chance of exchanging ,business for biodegradable and biobased materials. We predict more than 300 people will attend the conference this year.
In order to expand the research, production and use of biodegradable and biobased materials the timing is right to hold ICTABP4 in 2010. We will invite all people involved in this new growing industry, including international professional associations, university academics, government officials, manufacturers and endusers. The goal is to provide the exchange of academic, technical, certification and , business opportunities.
More business action will be held in ICTABP4.
